Arsenal:

Our top recommendation for all of London is London House Hotel in Bayswater. Short distance to the tube, cheap and decent. Definitely our favorite hotel in London. Ibis London Blackfriars is a good alternative, and if you want to stay near Emirates, Argyle Apart Hotel is one of the closest hotels. Adagio has also got a great apartment hotel in Adagio Aparhotel Brentford.

Aston Villa:

Birmingham is a big city and the selection of hotels is good. Our choice is Holiday Inn Express Snow Hill with alternatives Adagio Aparhotel Brentford, Adagio Aparhotel Brentford and not least the apartment hotel Adagio Birmingham which has great apartments in several cities. One of the cheapest options is Ibis Budget Birmingham Centre. If you want to stay near Villa Park, The Asthon Tavern is the choice.

Bournemouth:

The seaside town of Bournemouth has loads of hotels, but many are of the old English type and maybe not where you go for a football trip. We have picked out Hampton by Hilton Bournemouth, Park In by Radisson og Holiday Inn Bournemouth. Hilton Bournemouth is probably a bit more expensive, but often worth the price.

Brentford:

Since Brentford is in London there are plenty of hotels to choose from. Here you can of course also look at the other teams. Adagio Aparhotel Brentford is a safe choice not far from the stadium, and the alternative is Novotel Brentford. As always in London, we have some favorites: London House Hotel in Bayswater. and Ibis London Blackfriars.

Brighton & Hove Albion:

The seaside town in the south has a bunch of hotels to choose from. Here it is only price that limits. Many nice hotels along the beach with a great view. At Ibis London Blackfriars, you get a slightly lavish and English hotel, Ibis London Blackfriars have slightly larger rooms/apartments and at Brighton Harbour Hotel & Spa you can combine with a bit of wellness.

Chelsea:

You can stay inside the actual stadium at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels at Chelsea Football Club which is a great hotel, but often expensive in connection with matches. In London, our general hotel choice is London House Hotel while also Ibis London Blackfriars and Adagio Aparhotel Brentford are good alternatives.

Crystal Palace:

Hampton by Hilton Croydon and Leonardo Hotel Croydon are not far from Selhurst Park. In central London, we repeat the other two alternatives: London House Hotel, Ibis London Blackfriars and not least Adagio Aparhotel Brentford.

Everton:

Many good hotels in Liverpool. Our two main recommendations are two apartment hotels: Adagio Aparthotel Liverpool City Centre and Cove Paradise Street. Our favorite hotel is The Resident Liverpool, formerly known as The Nadler. Other good alternatives are Hope Street Hotel and Ibis Style Dale Street, while you can save a lot of money by choosing the smart hotel Tune Hotels Liverpool.

Adagio got nice apartments.

Fulham:

Fulham is centrally located in London so here it is mostly the usual hotels. Since Craven Cottage is near Chelsea's Stamford Bridge, the hotel there is a reasonable starting point. The nearest hotel of a certain standard is Captain Cook Hotel which is about one kilometer from Craven Cottage. London House Hotel, Ibis London Blackfriars, and Adagio Aparhotel Brentford are all safe cards in the capital.

Ipswich:

New acquaintance who has not played in the Premier League for a good number of years. Not exactly the biggest city, but Holiday Inn Ipswich and easyHotel do the trick. Salthouse Harbour Hotel is a bit more expensive, but perhaps the city's nicest.

Leicester:

Right by the stadium is Holiday Inn Express Leicester. Leicester Mariott Hotel is an absolutely brilliant hotel, but located outside of Leicester itself. Affordable alternatives in Leicester are The Belmont Hotel and Ibis Leicester.

Liverpool:

Here, as for Everton, a couple of hotels in the center. The apartment hotels Adagio Aparthotel Liverpool City Centre and Cove Paradise Street we like best - in addition, The Resident Liverpool, formerly known as The Nadler, is especially recommended. So can all Liverpool fans stay on Anfield Road at the Norwegian-owned hotel Hotel Tia. They also organize legend meetings and other events in connection with matches. Alternatives are Hope Street Hotel, The Shankly Hotel and Ibis Style Dale Street. The smart hotel Tune Hotels Liverpool can save you a lot of money. We got a double room for 200 kroner per person, per night! We have also made a big guide about Liverpool. The players stay at the Titanic Hotel in case you want close contact with them.

Manchester City and Manchester United:

Manchester has hotels in all price ranges and rankings. If you are going on a football trip to Manchester, then Hotel Football near Old Trafford is actually a perfect choice, but it is a bit outside the center. We like it best in the center and very well at Holiday Inn Express MEN Arena, because it is both central, quite okay, and has an okay price. They have one more hotel in the same chain in the center, Holiday Inn Express Manchester City Centre. DoubleTree by Hilton right by Piccadilly station is even fancier, but a bit more expensive. The apartment hotel Roomz Manchester Victoria is very nice, and if you want a very affordable hotel, Yotel Deansgate can be a very good alternative along with a new "favorite hotel" - Motel One Piccadilly which can be a perfect hotel for the football trip. The best hotel in Manchester? Hilton Deansgate is at least top five. Read also our big guide about Manchester, which is not just about football.

Newcastle United:

The first choice for many Newcastle fans is probably Sandman Signature which is located right next to St James´ Park. Closer you do not get unless you live in the actual stadium, as at Chelsea. The apartment hotel Premier Suites, possibly Staybridge Suites Newcastle is a good alternative if you want an apartment and Hotel Indigo Newcastle, and Sleeperz Hotel Newcastle are good hotel alternatives. The latter can you find very good prices on. One of the cheapest alternatives is Kabannas Newcastle.

Nottingham Forest:

Nottingham is a city with traditions and known for the legend about Robin Hood and proximity to Sherwood Forest, tobacco and lace industry, and cycling. The football team is a bit up and down, but has now established itself a bit in the Premier League again. Of hotels, we have Gamston Lock og The Bentick Hotel, with Mercure Nottingham City Centre, Best Western Plus and Crowne Plaza as good alternatives.

Southampton:

None of our recommendations are in the immediate vicinity of St. Mary´s, but Leonardo Hotel Southampton the closest. Not very central, so good central alternatives are Holiday Inn Southampton and Novotel Southampton. The apartment hotel room2 Southampton is also a good choice.

Tottenham:

Tottenham is back where they were with their brand new and beautiful Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Our general London hotels, London House Hotel and Ibis London Blackfriars cover much. The alternative is the new Adagio Aparhotel Brentford. Adagio delivers in several cities in England!

West Ham:

West Ham has moved to the new Olympic stadium in Stratford. A couple of hotels are very good, but costly. Adagio Aparthotel (a bit long distance), YOTELPAD London Stratford and Holiday Inn Express are good choices. Ibis London Stratford is cheaper, but a bit further away. The same applies as for Tottenham and the rest of London. London House Hotel, Ibis London Blackfriars, and the new Adagio Aparhotel Brentford are the best options.

Wolverhampton:

Molineux is very centrally located, so here there are opportunities to be able to walk to the stadium from many of the hotels. Closest is Redwings Lodge which is an affordable, but medium hotel. Two alternatives in Novotel Wolverhampton and Holiday Inn Wolverhampton Racecourse.

Outside the Premier League

Several teams that are popular among Norwegians are not playing in the Premier League right now. Since this is about football and not just PL, we also mention some clubs, cities, and hotels here:

Blackburn:

Blackburn is a small town and many will probably choose to stay in Manchester which has a much better selection of hotels. Best Western Hotel 99 and Hampton by Hilton are the first choices. If you want to stay near Ewood Park, Fernhurst Lodge is the best and maybe the only option.

Leeds:

In Leeds, you have a bunch of hotels to choose from in all price ranges. Radisson Blu Hotel Leeds City Centre is a safe choice, the same with DoubleTree by Hilton, Leonardo Hotel Leeds and Ibis Styles Leeds Centre Arena. Among the very cheapest is Discovery Inn a good choice. Here you can find very favorable prices.

Norwich:

Holiday Inn Norwich City is close to the home ground Carrow Road and is a safe choice. The small hotel Hotel Belmonte is more central, and the alternatives can be Mercure Norwich or Best Western George Hotel.

Watford:

We recommend staying centrally in London and taking the train to the match, but Leonardo Hotel London Watford or Best Western White House Hotel are fair choices and offer good value for money. In London, our recommendations are London House Hotel, Ibis London Blackfriars, and Adagio Aparhotel Brentford.
